The Mission of AED is to organize and advocate at the local and state national level for an energy system that is just, equitable, participatory, sustainable and democratically controlled. We work by building strong networks of people and organizations to strengthen our impact and create greater awareness of how democratizing and decentralizing our energy infrastructure can build stronger communities that are more resilient, sustainable and provide greater prosperity for generations to come.
